Extras
Extra 1 – Fishing at Norton
Even after settling Norton, you can still fish at its lake. I suggested to devs some improvement for this side feature, as the output for fishing is not very good considering the time and resources spent in this activity.
These are the results of 100 fishing, which used 200 hooks and 4500 minutes (75 hours):
Extra 2 – Super Snacks
I call Super Snacks the ones that give more than +55 energy. They are all earned as prizes, may them be from spinners, may them be from gifts. None of them are ”Premium exclusive”. Bellow you can see a list of my Super Snacks.
Tip: Place unwanted Snacks in other lands. You may ask me: “In what situation a snack would be unwanted?” Simple answer: when dealing with lands that share storage with your Home Station. Namely: Mazes, Tiger Mines and Story Adventures. In those cases, ALL snacks available at Home will appear usable, so you risk misclick and use Super Snack. Also, there a lots of snacks that provide the same amount of energy. Keeping them in other lands help you manage the consumption at those lands. I place all of them at Croonty. No risk of using them at all.
Extra 3 – Premium Items
Here are common examples of Premium Items that can be bought cheaper during Sales Week or ocasionally during certain events.
Premium Fountain – There are 2 fountains where you can make grass and they require no workers. The premium version uses Cabbage and Rye to make bigger patches of grass (10 and 25 pieces). At the very beginning of the game it can help, but in just a couple months you’ll be bringing home tons of grass from expeditions. Premium fountain can be bought normally at the Market anytime.
Water Pump – You have two types of Water Wells to ”make” buckets of water. The Water Well must operated by an Inuk while this premium Water Pump can be operated by any hired worker. Water pump requires Milk + Wool/Camel hair to make Water. The time to complete production is the same 1 hour per bucket. You can have only Silent Shadow and Dull Echo working permanently in the Wells and any amount of workers at the pumps. Once again, only at the very beginning the pumps may be useful. After that, Collections will be your main source of Water. Thousands per day. Water Pump can be bought normally at the Market anytime.
Botanical Garden – At the Botanical garden you can grow trees. It requires the expensive mineral water, which needs the Oil Refinery’s Carbon Dioxide, which in turn needs Steel Barrels from Metallurgy. Even though expensive, it is very useful.
a) It holds 8 slots that can have 15 trees each. 120 total trees in a very small footprint.
b) Trees are watered automatically and instantly as long as there is mineral water.
c) Harvesting is also done instantly, what speeds time a lot.

Tip: Only place 5, 10 or 15 trees per slot to maximize the amount of Mineral Water you can store at your Botanical Gardens. It’s the best place to grow the Apple Trees we earn from various events.
Tip: Botanical Garden is a Premium building, but it’s not at the Market. It functions as an “upgraded version” of the Gardener. You can earn it during certain events, mostly Mazes. However, there is no guarantee it will appear. You can buy it from NPC’s during special events, such as Santa Claus.
Moon Guardian – This premium building’s main objective is to speed up the game considerably. It consumes moon stones (earned during expeditions) to be built and to operate. You can transport it around your lands and back to your home station, also taking the moon stones needed to activate it. Once activated, it will harvest/collect the targeted item way faster than the Inuks from the Wigwan and Gardener. As I explained in a previous section, you can speed up your Inuks and Cats. The Moon Guardian is still way faster, but I don’t find it necessary. This is Klondike, not Need for Speed.
Quoting the official wiki:
– It requires 5 “Small moon stone”s to activate for 24 hrs.
– It can be upgraded once, for 10 “Large Moon Stone”s, which will increase its duration to 48 hrs.
NOTE 1: It can be loaded on the sled, but if it’s active at the time, it will reset, requiring 5 more moonstones.
NOTE 2: This is not a continuous collection. You must click on it each time you want it to work during its active period.(That means this won’t keep collecting while you are not in the game.)
NOTE 3: This item is permanent and can be reused.
NOTE 4: It gives you the option to collect from Factories, Vegetable Complexes, Animals, or ALL (The Botanical Garden is considered a Factory).
NOTE 5: When used to collect from Complexes, it does not affect energy costs if they’re set to repeat.
Tip: Moon Guardian is a Premium building, but it’s not at the Market. It functions as an ”upgraded version” of the Wingwan. You can earn it during certain events, mostly Mazes. However, there is no guarantee it will appear. You can buy it from NPC’s during special events, such as Santa Claus.
